We started IAMWILD® because I have seen how art can transform the world.
My twenty-five-year documentation of the Wild Horses of Sable Island has helped raise money for various charities, build a kindergarten in Indonesia, plant trees in Brazil. The images have moved, touched and inspired people in ways I could have never imagined.
Through my own efforts to give back to the community, through conversations with collectors, fans and visitors at the Wild Horses of Sable Island Gallery, what became clear is that Art & Beauty can make a positive impact toward conservation.
I have been deeply inspired by my experiences, and I am convinced that, together as a community of artists, fans and collectors, we will generate the power to bring about positive change and protect all that is wild—to protect our planet Earth. IAMWILD.ART is the manifestation of this idea.
Art & Beauty have the power to create conversation, foster collaboration and transform conservation.
